I am a big fan of Batman: The Animated Series and Superman: The Animated Series. The stylistic design and animation on these two series are perfect for the subject matter. Furthermore, Batman toys were what got me into collecting action figures in the first place.

The Spectre was made from some Batman with lots of straps and ribbed arms, and stomach. All of the time spent on this figure, was to get him looking like a regular Batman figure. The head for the Spectre is from a Man of Steel 'Steel', and the cape is from Hobgoblin. His boots and gloves are made from Super Sculpey, and his hood is made from Pro-Mat.
